Finally Have a Simple Main Menu!

Updated the windows download to fix bugs and allow to save. Finally created a simple main menu that woks for now. HTML doesn't want to center it right and I didn't care at the time to try and fix it. As I say in the info I suggest downloading for windows if you want a smoother game play.
